It’s helpful to have an idea of your total guest list before visiting.
— Here’s why:
Our ceremony sites can accommodate many guests, but in the event of rain, and you want all your guests to stay dry, its best to stay under 250.
Just a reminder, we can’t hold dates without a signed contract.
— Here’s why: While we would love to hold a date for you….holding a date for one client may mean we are turning another client away who is interested in the same date. So the best way to ensure you get your day at our venue is to put down a deposit with a signed contract.
Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.
Here’s why: We have limited times that we are able to share the venue due to our high demand for first time tours. A second time visit maybe hard to schedule a time that suits your needs.
If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us 24 hours notice.
Here’s why: We are a family run business and our tour hours are often not typical “business” hours. We love our clients and are happy to share our time with you but we do spend time getting ready for you and would be grateful if you let us know you aren’t coming!
